This position is a key part of the operations team and will be responsible for providing guests with a knowledgeable, memorable, safe and comfortable tour experience that relates to the region being visited. In addition, maintain/promote and build on the standard of customer service that Outback Aussie Tours has proudly been nationally recognised for.
Hospitality Couple (Seasonal Full-Time Employment)
Outback Aussie Tours is looking for an enthusiastic, capable hospitality couple to join us for our 2027 season.
This position is ideal for a couple who enjoys variety, working with people and being hands-on across different aspects of our River & Rail experience. Rather than a traditional management role, the focus is on overseeing hospitality standards, leading by example and ensuring our guests receive a consistently high-quality experience across our rail motor, boat experience and Smithy’s Outback Dinner & Show.
