Arrive at Longreach Airport to be greeted by your host from Saltbush Retreat and settle into your accommodation prior to your Drover’s Sunset Cruise on the mighty Thomson River including the famous Smithy’s Outback Dinner and Show.
Overnight Longreach
Day 2: Sunday - Longreach
After a lazy start to the day, bring back the romance of rail aboard the old heritage class 2000 rail motors to Historic Wellshot Hotel Ilfracombe for lunch and some pub stories before returning back to your accommodation mid-afternoon.
This evening relax at the local watering hole, The Birdcage Hotel. You will be able to use your free dinner voucher here to reflect on a great day out west.

Day 3: Monday - Longreach
Today is dedicated to walking in the steps of the pioneers at the Australian Stockman’s Hall of Fame Museum Galleries, Cinematic Experience and The LIVE Outback Stockman Show. Return to your accommodation by mid-afternoon.
This evening step back into the dawn of aviation with the Qantas Founders Museum Sound and Light Show. A fantastic introduction to the Qantas story and your next iconic Longreach experience tomorrow.

Day 4: Tuesday - Longreach
This morning is dedicated to continuing the Qantas story at the Qantas Founders Museum including entry and airpark tour with stories and legends to tell your friends about for years.
After the Ultimate Outback Longreach Experience it’s time for your transfer to the Longreach Airport and to your next port of call.
