For dinner we connect you with our incredible Smithy’s Outback Dinner & Show. Settle back and enjoy an evening to remember dining under the stars beside the Coolibah-lined Thomson River. Enjoy the ease of table-service as you tuck into succulent camp-oven cuisine cooked on a fire of gidgee coals at Smithy’s followed up with seasonal deserts. Round the evening off with freshly baked damper and your choice of billy tea or coffee.
